Miley Cyrus
' mother.
Earlier this week, Dina was named one of the mothers of the year in her native Long Island, New York--despite her daughter's trouble-filled 12 months, which saw her in and out of rehab and arrested twice for driving under the influence.
And now the prize-winning guardian has extended her wisdom to fellow showbiz mom Leticia Cyrus in the wake of her 15-year-old daughter's recent controversial
