Synopsis:
39-year-old Jackie York is a successful, respected novelist who must choose between her carefully crafted public image and her desperate life. Caught in a downward spiral of loneliness and one night stands, Jackie finally meets the one person who can change her life; Enter Patrick McKeating, geeky 20-year-old boy genius. Sharp tongued, off-the-wall and witty, Patrick is unlike anyone Jackie has ever met before. Jackie's public facade is soon destroyed as Patrick takes her on a wild journey that teaches her how to live, laugh and love out loud.
