Synopsis:
The story of three friends bound by a pact which, after twenty years, is beginning to unravel. After devising a fool-proof horse-racing scam, Vinnie invited his girlfriend Rosie to share in the take, but things went awry when Rosie and Vinnie's best friend Carter ran off with the money. Twenty years later, Vinnie tracks the infidels down to settle the score.
